Culinary Arts
This education is provided by university faculty and local experts. Credits are awarded by home institutions, based on testing and assignments completed according to learning contracts established in advance of acceptance into the program. Marco Polo cultural programs are offered at the distinguished Universita di Ferrara, Academia Barilla and other schools, depending on disciplines, which are government approved and recognized worldwide. Students begin their semester in Puglia with classes and local culinary experiences. The second month, they move to middle Italy in Assisi for three weeks then north to Ferrara, and they are in Parma during last 13 days in their third month.
The experiential culinary program is taught and supervised by skilled, professional artisans and teachers, each one a master in their craft.
