Our semester program provides the student immersion in the Southern, Central and Northern Italian culture and style of cuisine.
Over a total of 90 days, students live in and experience three different areas in three regions. The unique diversity of this progrtam, unlike any other, allow student a much more complete knowledge of Italian living and food, then would be achieved from staying in a single location, as you find in other programs.
