Welcome to the most interestig and rewarding Italian Culinary Arts Short Study Abroad programs offered to university and college students.

Marco Polo specializes in blending classroom lesson, with kitchen experience and culinary in-field tours to create expertise, knowledge and memories for the students. Similar to our semester program offeres to Universities, the Marco Polo Culinary Italian Short Study Abroad provides the students with 12 full days of immersion in Southern and Northern Italian culture and cuisine. Our program not only creates a deeper knowledge of Italian cuisine and an impressive facet for the résumé, but also an international experience you can use, and will never forget.

Students will experience local culture, learn and prepare distinct dishes, visit producers and learn ancient techniques while staying in three different areas of Italy. The diversity of this program, unlike any other, allow students a much more complete knowledge of Italian living and food than could be achieved from staying in a single location.
