The traditional events week organized by Marco Polo in collaboration with our loyal colleges continues, which every year participate with their students in our culinary arts courses in Italy.
This year, with our Chef Gino from the Professional Training Agency of Asti in Piedmont, we will be guests in the colleges:

✔ February 27th and 28th, Schenectady County Community College, NY.
Chef Gino has always impressed our students with his friendliness, technical qualities, and ability to convey his passion for cooking, especially Piedmont's cuisine.

1st course - Polenta with truffle black pearls
2nd course - Risotto with leeks and sausage
3rd course - Braised beef with mashed potatoes and carrots
Dessert - Gianduja chocolate hemisphere, vanilla cream, and chocolate earth
The dinner proceeds will help the students participate in studying abroad in Italy with Marco Polo.
